New Year, Best You is an immersive and transformative program that includes (8) weeks of virtual health coaching sessions with Alysia. You’ll walk out of this program more confident than ever and equipped with the tools required for lasting lifestyle change! This program is for you if:

This program starts January 12th & there are only 6 spots available in this program, so act fast! 

Each session will dive deep into a different aspect of the New Year, Best You program, as detailed below. Each week there will be an accountability challenge to expedite reaching your goals!:

January 12th, 2021 – Week One: 1-Hour Nutrition Education
-Learn exactly what you should be putting on your plate at each meal and why. We will go through how to read a nutrition label, pantry swaps, how to implement an addition vs. elimination mindset, trusting your body and how you can ditch the diet for GOOD!

January 19th, 2021 – Week Two: 15 Minute Accountability Check In
-A 15 minute group check in to see how you’re doing with the previous week’s challenge, any road blocks your facing, tips for success in the next week, etc. Think of this like office hours!

January 26th, 2021 – Week Three: 1-Hour Your Mind, By Design
-All about MINDSET! Diving into the language we use in all areas of our life, making yourself your #1 priority, how to actually achieve your goals, daily habits, tips and tricks for success.

February 2nd, 2021 – Week Four: 15 Minute Accountability Check In
-A 15 minute group check in to see how you’re doing with the previous week’s challenge, any road blocks your facing, tips for success in the next week, etc. Think of this like office hours!

February 9th, 2021 – Week Five: 1-Hour Intuitive Eating & Food Freedom
-Emotional eating, food as fuel, dealing with cravings and the scientific cause behind them plus the tip you will implement in ALL areas of your life.

February 16th, 2021 – Week Six: 15 Minute Accountability Check In
-A 15 minute group check in to see how you’re doing with the previous week’s challenge, any road blocks your facing, tips for success in the next week, etc. Think of this like office hours!

February 23rd, 2021 – Week Seven: 1-Hour Working With Our Body vs. Against It
-Taking a deep dive into hormone and gut health, top irritants, our cycle phases + where to start!

February 25th, 2021 – “Week” Eight: Program Celebration!
-As a group we will do a virtual happy hour class, celebrate our accomplishments & give each other tips for continued success!
