8 Weeks to Food Freedom is an immersive and transformative program that includes (8) 1×1 virtual health coaching sessions with Alysia. You’ll walk out of this program more confident than ever and equipped with the tools required for lasting lifestyle change! This program is for you if:

  • You want to stop calorie counting.
  • You want to live and eat intuitively.
  • You want to become your own health advocate.
  • You want to have a healthy relationship with food.

Each session will dive deep into a different aspect of Food Freedom, as detailed below. Each week there will be an accountability challenge to expedite reaching your goals!:

Week One: Leading with Love
-Making yourself your number one priority, goal setting and mindset shifts.

Week Two: The Art of Cravings
-Learning the scientific WHY behind cravings, how to deal, nutrition guidance & more.

Week Three: Eliminating Food Fear
-Diving into the language we use around food & tactics to move past food fear for good.

Week Four: Portion Distortion
-Diving deep into portion sizes, how to listen to your body & more.

Week Five: Steps to a Healthy Gut + Reduced Inflammation
-Top irritants of the gut and the science behind them, guidance to reduce bloating & inflammation and the gut/brain connection.

Week 6: Intuitive Eating
-Mindfulness, emotional eating and leading with our intuition.

Week 7: Eat Anywhere
-Gaining confidence outside of the kitchen so that you feel comfortable eating anywhere and anytime!

Week 8: Channeling Positivity + Finding a Routine
-Daily practices to implement to improve your mindset, manage stress and how to continue on track with your goals.
