Copycat Dole Whip: Pineapple Nice Cream

Is there truly anything better than a delicious Disney treat?! I think not! But then again, a yummy, homemade, just as good, but even better for YOU treat is right up my alley! That’s my I absolutely love this copycat dole whip pineapple NICE cream! And you will too, guaranteed! PS – this is dairy and gluten free, as well as completely vegan!

Copycat Dole Whip Breakdown!

Dole Whip is a nostalgic Disneyland treat, but healthy copycat dole whip?! Cannot be beat! And the best part?! It’s only a few simple ingredients with absolutely NO added sugar! Let’s go through the ingredients!

  • Pineapple: Well DUH! You could’ve guessed that right? Copycat Dole Whip can’t exist without fresh pineapple. But, make sure the pineapple is chopped and frozen for the best consistency. It’s the base of the nice cream and so delicious.
  • Banana: This is where a majority of the sweetness comes from! Banana is like nature’s candy, especially when they’re nice and ripe! Again, make sure that your bananas are sliced and frozen for the best consistency.
  • Cream: For the ‘cream’ portion of this nice cream, I opted to use FULL FAT coconut milk. As I always say, don’t be afraid of fat! Full fat coconut milk adds the most amazing texture and it’s rich in electrolytes which we love!
