Healthy Holiday Gift Guide 2019

Not gonna lie, these gift guides are probably my FAVE post to put together every year. Why? Because online shopping is FUN and therapeutic, duh! 🙂 This healthy holiday gift guide is guaranteed to have something for every single girl or wellness lover on your list, or event for you! I always treat myself to something too because we deserve it!

Before you dive in: I’ve organized this both by category (stocking stuffers, add a special touch (personalized gifts), for the girl on the go (travel), gifts that keep on giving (subscriptions & GC) and let’s get cozy (fun winter fashion). Then, I organized picks by budget including under $25, under $100 and $100 & up. Every gift includes a price if applicable and you can find any discount codes in bold & pink! ENJOY!

  4. SmartSweets Candy: Do yourself a favor and get free shipping on orders of $30 or more with code ‘PURELYPOPE’. They have a ton of fun holiday themed candies, but my FAVE (addicting) are the sweet fish. They only have 3g of sugar, 28g of fiber and are plant based. These were on my list last year, and duh they’re staying again! A $30 sweet treat!

Gifts that Keep On Giving!

  1. Melissa Wood Health Pilates Subscription: This is the 2nd year in a row MWH is on my gift guide and if you know me, you know it’s 100% my favorite thing to do daily. An at home, on-demand pilates subscription that is good for the mind, body & spirit! It’s $9.99 for a month or $99.99 for the year! Keep an eye out for the black friday deal too.

It’s honestly the best investment I’ve made in myself, and for anyone into wellness, they will 100% appreciate this gift! It’s the most approachable meditation app created by Dan Harris, who makes it very little ‘woo woo wellness’ and very much practical, tell it like it is wellness.
  3. The NOW Massage Subscription (if in LA), or Soothe: IDK about you, but the gift of massage is one that will never get old for me. The NOW is local to LA, but Soothe is a service that comes to your home. Prices vary based on how many massages you’d like to gift.
  4. Glamsquad Giftcard: Gift anything from at home makeup to blow outs to manicures! At home pampering is always a good choice in my book. Prices vary depending on services gifted.
