Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Nice Cream
OK this Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Nice Cream is perfect for those in the warmer climates but still want to enjoy some pumpkin desserts! But I mean, it’s also amazing for the freezing cold, because it’s that good! It’s also insanely easy too, so et’s dive in to the specifics..
Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Nice Cream Specifics
I wanted this nice cream to be a delicious and satisfying pumpkin dessert that also made you feel amazing too. To do that, I made the recipe dairy free and refined sugar free too! Here’s what you’ll need…
- FX Chocolate: AKA my favorite chocolate to eat! If you’re wondering about WHY it’s my favorite, here are a few reasons:
- FX Chocolate isn’t just any chocolate, it’s a supplement first and a functional dose of high quality supplements in handcrafted chocolates in fact!
- Chocolate is a HIGHLY effective delivery method for supplements (in most cases, even more than those pills you take!!) Water and air can degrade a supplement’s potency really quickly, but the cool thing is that chocolate acts like a shield for the nutrients + helps your bod absorb them better.
- The chocolate is artisanal, it tastes amazing + is the highest quality. It’s also sweetened with a zero glycemic, non-GMO based sweetener (so 0g sugar) + is plant based as well!
- The best supplement is one you actually TAKE, and I have no problem getting in my daily dose of chocolate ;). I switch up which blend I take based on what I feel I need that day. I included links to some of my favorites below!
- Bananas: These make up a bulk of the ‘nice cream’, along with the pumpkin puree. The bananas should be ripe so that they’re on the sweeter side – if they have brown spots, even better!
- Maple Syrup & Dates: We’re adding a bit of extra sweetness to the nice cream, and both of these are natural, lower glycemic options over a traditional sugar. This means that your blood sugar will thank you!!
