My Palm Springs Bachelorette Party!

To say that my Palm Springs Bachelorette Party was a dream is an understatement, so I have to start off this blog post with a HUGE thank you to all of my friends an family for making me feel so insanely special and curating a weekend I’ll never forget. Britt, Maris & Mommy – I love you all beyond belief and you’re each so insanely amazing – I’m so lucky to have you! And to all of my other besties: thank you for celebrating with me and making me feel so special. I love each one of you beyond belief!

The Palm Springs Bachelorette Location:

Now that that is out of the way, let’s start with the LOCATION! We chose Palm Springs. It’s an amazing town, has great (hot!) weather (best times to go are March – May IMO), good restaurants, fun bars (Hunter’s is our JAM) and so many amazing houses to choose from. We got this INSANE airbnb and we loved every second of it. It used to be a boutique hotel, so it worked perfectly.

The Bachelorette Fashion:

You can find all of my outfits broken down and linked on this blog post. Any group outfits/attire I’ve linked below in the itinerary for ease!

The Palm Springs Bachelorette Itinerary:

  • PurelyPope Bachelorette PartyThursday:
    • 11:30am: Brunch & Drinks at The Parker while the house was getting ready.
    • 4:30pm:
      • Check in to the house, Heavy apps + cocktails
      • Goodie Bags + Room Assignments (yes we did this and I highly recommend doing this if you can!) – more deets on the goodie bags below.
      • Panty Party GAME!: This was SO MUCH FUN – I was terrible at the game, but essentially, each guest brought a pair of panties and they hung them very cute. I had to guess who gifted me each pair. And I got a ton of cute new panties!!
  •
  •
  • Friday:
    • 9:00am: Brunch @ the house – more details on F&B below, but this morning we cooked a big group breakfast (we got goodies from the nearby Costco.)
    • 10:00am: Hike at Indian Canyon Trails – the Andres Path – this hike was short, shaded and more like a trail than anything, but it was PERFECT for the morning after drinking and it is absolutely STUNNING! It’s $9pp admission.

    • 12:00pm: Lunch @ the house, again we did this on own – sandwiches, salads, etc. from our Costco run/
    • 12:30 -6:00pm: POOL DAY! I love my sun time, and this was so much fun. My chicago girls made sure we had the cutest floats for the pool as well, which was so fun: this one by FunBoy was my personal fave. For this day, all of the girls wore black bikinis and I wore a white one! My MOH’s also got all of us these super cute sun visors which I loved, and I sipped from this cute straw all day – such a fun gift!

    • 6:00pm: NEON NIGHT! I’m not much of a black and white kinda gal, and I thought with Palm Springs it would be fun to add some COLOR in our lives. All the girls wore neon while I wore white.
    • 7:00pm: Dinner @ eight4nine Palm Springs. This was such a good spot and they’re amazing with groups too! They have a great menu, something for everyone and are very accommodating for allergies too.
    • 9:00pm: After dinner fun @ Hunters! As I mentioned, this is my fave bar in Palm Springs. We danced the night away (my feet felt it, trust me!)
  • Saturday:
    • 9:00am: CHEF LISA (who we hired for the day) prepared an insane brunch spread (menu’s below for the day) and we refueled from the night before. Highly recommend her for any Southern Cali or Palm Springs Bachelorette Party!
    • 9:30am: Bridal BOOTCAMP! We had a fun workout lead by a workout trainer which if we’re being honest was more of a stretch than anything, LOL!
    • 10:00am: Another pool day! For this day, I was in a “wife of the party” one piece while all of the other girls wore a custom colored one-piece too with fun nicknames on them:
      • Brittnee & Marissa: MILF of Honor; Mom & MIL & my honorary California mom: Mama Pope, Mama Ehret & CAM; Kathy: Kathstarr; Jaclyn: Juicy J; Kylee: Kylee Kiss; Jenna: Jenna Sais Qui; Sarah: Sizzilinsmo; Liz: Lucky Lizzy; Dana: Loco Monacoco; Olivia: Let Me Liv

    • 12:00pm: OLYMPICS! The girls surprised me with a rainbow slip and slide and a full on drinking olympics course – we did teams and everything and it was so much fun!!
    • 2:00pm: Lunch by Chef Lisa with pizza’s from Cappello’s (almond flour, grain free, amazingness) – which everyone LOVED!
    • 2:30pm: SURPRISE from Man Servants – they STUMPED me with this. If you don’t know what a man servant is, they basically come, make you drinks, give you compliments, massages, etc. for however many hours you hire them – LOL!

Us Girls & The Man Servant

    • 7:30pm: Dinner by Chef Lisa! Menus are below.
  • Sunday:
    • 11:00am: Check Out of the House & Farewells!
    • 12:00pm: Brunch at The Sands Hotel & Spa – this place is INSANELY cute and very Instagram-y. We had a custom ‘Eggs & Ehret’ brunch for anyone who could make it and it was delicious.

The Swag Bags:

If you know me, you know that I have to have a fun swag bag at any event! I upped the ante with a few of my favorite brands, and my MOH’s delivered on the rest – all of which they knocked out of the park!

    • For my MOH’s, I wanted to do something a little extra, so I had my friend Olivia from Corn on the Card create custom illustrations that I both framed and made into custom cards as well. They loved them!
  • The Hangover Kits:
    • The bags: My MOH’s found these cute bags on Etsy that said ‘Palm Springs Is Always a Good Idea’ for these.

The Bachelorette Food (@ The House)

The food was VERY important to me to ensure that we had a good experience. That being said, there are a few details that definitely MADE the experience!
  • Beverages & Sweets:
    • Dry Farm Wines: ICYMI, Dry Farm Wines sources clean, sugar free, sulfate free organic wines. When removing the sugar, they also remove the hangover! We drank this with dinner and the whites during the day and it was delish! You can follow this link to get an extra bottle for a penny with your first subscription order from Dry Farm Wines!
    • Suja Organic Juice: Suja provided us with green juices, lemon love detox and matcha mint detox. They were amazing for making delish cocktails, mimosas and of course to get in our greens!!
    • Custom Cookies: I ordered a batch of custom cookies from my gal KT’s Bake Shop. She did an AMAZING job. She’s only local to LA/SoCal, but if you’re in the area, I couldn’t recommend more. This was a fun surprise from me to all of the girls that I thought they would LOVE!
    • Lily’s Chocolate: We put Lily’s dark chocolate on the girls pillows every night – they’re dairy free and sweetened with stevia too which I love!
  • Saturday:
    • Chef Lisa! We hired my friend Chef Lisa to handle all of our F&B on Saturday, and it was AMAZING. I’m including our menu below, but she DOES travel and sources everything from local farmers markets and can accomodate any dietary restrictions too!

The Bachelorette Party Decor:

If you know me, you know that I have to have a fun swag bag at any event! I upped the ante with a few of my favorite brands, and my MOH’s delivered on the rest – all of which they knocked out of the park!

  • Signage:
    • The Welcome Sign: This was in the Foyer and so much fun!
    • The rest of the signs were custom made by my brother, but the girls had them around the house + outside – it was such a nice touch!
  • Random Items:
    • Penis Straws: Because no Bach is complete without these, right?!
    • Polaroid Station: I loved that they made this part of the decor! They had polaroid cameras and string hung to take pics and hang throughout the weekend.
  • Balloons:
    • BRIDE Balloon Sign: They had this strung in my room above the bed and of course I loved every second of it!
    • Tassel Balloons: They had these all over the house and in my room too and it was SO CUTE!
    • Balloon Arch: They did a DIY Balloon Arch from this kit on Etsy – it was around the mirror and in the pool and so cute!
    • BACH & BOOZY Balloon Sign: This was so cute in the kitchen area and such a good addition to the house!
