Raspberry Chia Jam PurelyPope Recipe

Five Second Raspberry Chia Jam

Happy Monday ya’ll!! Don’t ask me why I’m chatting like I’m from the south, but it’s always fun to talk with a southern twang, am I right?! I’m feeling SUPER motivated for December and had such an amazing weekend doing all things meal prep and self care. One of those things included making this INSANELY easy raspberry chia seed jam. The jam is refined sugar free (unlike pretty much ALL store bought jams), and only has four ingredients.

I’ll Chia You Sooner Than Later!

What is not to love about chia seeds? You know I love my fiber, and chia seeds pack a whopping 11g of fiber per serving, 4g of protein and 9g of healthy fats. Not only are they a nutrient dense little seed, but they also are an amazing source of antioxidants, and amazingly easy to incorporate into your diet. From smoothies to salad toppings to chia pudding to JAM (hint, hint) – chia can literally do no wrong!

As I mentioned, chia doe amazing to make a thick, juicy jam! I decided to go with a raspberry jam because raspberries are easily one of my favorite fruits ever. In general, I always choose a berry, but these are the highest in fiber and another amazing source of antioxidants!

Jammin’ the Day Away – The Chia Way!

Now before we hop into the recipe, I have to give you all of the specifics to be set up for success, of course! On how to use the jam – pretty much on everything you want, ha! Pair with my PurelyPope Bagel Bread, smear on top of your favorite muffins, such as my banana muffins, on pancakes, etc. The list goes on and on! There are not a ton of tools used in this recipe, but these cute mason jars are my favorite for storing the jam. Also – Salba Chia Seeds have been my chia of choice, lately. Enjoy!!
