You all know that I’m a huge sweets fan, and when it’s an EASY sweet (and adaptogenic cookies)- I’m all in! These no-bake adaptogenic cookies will be the perfect mid day pick me up, dessert or snack! Oh and the best part? These cookies are adaptogenic! Sooo what does that mean? Let’s get into it below!

Adaptogenic Cookies Deets!

Sooo first let’s dive into the ingredients for these cookies and then cover WTF adaptogenic cookies are, shall we?!

  • Nuttzo 7 Seed Butter: I’m a huge fan of this because it adds in lots of fiber and is only 2g net carbs, 4g protein, no sugar added and it’s organic. Should you choose to use a different nut butter, choose one with no added sugar or oil.
  • Bob’s Red Mill Fiber & Protein Nutritional Boost: Love this because it’s unflavored, super clean and truly a boost of nutrients. It packs 20g protein, 12g fiber and only 2g net carbs!
  • Organic Maple Syrup: I absolutely love Maple Syrup to add a touch of sweetness because it’s truly nature’s candy and it has a low glycemic index, which means it’s not going to spike your blood sugar.

Serves: 6 Prep Time: Cooking Time:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c nut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp BareOrganics ashwagandha
  • 1/4 c unflavored protein powder

Instructions

No Bake Time!

  1. Add all ingredients besides the chocolate chips to a mixing bowl. 

  2. Add in chocolate chips and fold in.

  3. Mold dough into 6 balls and flatten into cookies.

  4. Refrigerate for 10-15 min to harden & enjoy! Store in the fridge!!
